Business loan for car repair shop at good rates?

I have a good business of car repair shop equipments of about 150000 as this business is less than 2 years old i do not get business loan at a good rate the present loan for unsecured loan is about 24 percent , as this is killing my business is there any way i can get business loan at low rates like under 10 percent will greatly appreciated any help.
