Does appendicitis feel like the stitch you get from running?

perhaps a little... but not in the area you usualy get the stitch type pain, appendicitis typicaly starts as pain in the stomach, and after a matter of hours then moves down to the left side of the body above the pubic bone, when the left side is pressed on the pain surges to the right side where the appendix are, i suggest a stich like pain is more connected with a water infection or a pull.....
