Can I Sue my Lawyer for Malpractic in Delaware?
My Lawyer didn't do anything to help my case in four years. Evidence was not presented in trial that i placed in her hands to cross-examine the plaintiff. Bias was relevant do to the past relationship with the Commissioner and the plaintiffs Attorney. I was told by my Lawyer that I wouldn't get a fair trial before we went in the court house. Why did'nt she file for a retrial based on bias? I'm not sure of the laws in America, but i'm sure my lawyer should've done something if she and the Commissioner are at odds for any reason. I think it's called conflict of interest.
