Staying at Luxor Las Vegas.....Insight on Shows and Sites!?

Booked 3 Nights at the Luxor in their famous spa suite. I was wondering what shows are good to see and why and what sites are nice. Also, looking to go out to dinner, but not super extravagant just good food all around.
