Can i catch anything from an unclean razor ?

i was in the bath and my razor had some fluff/dust on it because it had been dropped on the floor and i forgot to wash it because i got distracted, anyway...i'm worried i might be able to catch something from this because i had razor burn already so my skin was a bit irritated,
