Gvt mortage istance: Is this yet another way of spreading the wealth?

Why not waste more money. It is a proven fact that the gov. istance program has had about a 2% success rate. If you cant afford your mortgage now, a hand out from the gov. will only prolong the inevitable. Putting a bandaid on the problem only covers up the problem, it is not a solution unless of course you are trying to look like you know what your doing. Obama needs to give up scaming the people.
