Did my midwife cause my membrane to rupture early?

I would have thought so as they know what they ar doing........ Mine hurt when they felt when I was further on. And if u had alot of fluid that can cause you to go into early labour as I carried too much fluid with my first and went into early labour. And if the babys head was engaged that could have broke ur water if he is ready. Best thing to do if ur worried is to talk to a doctor.
