Would some one be willing to train my eevee Giga impact?

Unfortunately, your Eevee can't learn Giga Impact...only fully evolved pokemon can learn it. If you evolve your Eevee into say Vaporeon or glaceon or Flareon or Umbreon, etc, then they can learn Giga Impact.
