My brother got send to jail & it's charged w/: POSS W/INT MAN/DEL CS PG 1 1<1 Does anybody know what it means?

He was charge with possesion of cocaine. He had .3 grams, but I think they are charging him with more than one gram, cause it says "1<1". They also want to charge him with trafficking. Cause it says "W/INT MAN".....I don't really understand it, am I wrong? Can anybody explain it to me, please. The complete charge is: POSS W/INT MAN/DEL CS PG 1 1<1
