Is there anyway to quickly get rid of mouth ulcers/canker sores?

I have been getting them since i was 10 and im now 14, its just a side effect of anemia, which i have. Anyway i have about 7 mouth ulcers at the moment and my mouth is all swollen and its difficult for me to talk, let alone eat. I take vitamins and iron tablets. Is there anyway to quickly cure them besides a salt mouth wash, i would like them to be better before my 15th in 2 days so i can enjoy my party
