I have a severe granola bar addiction, please help?

Is there any kind of rehab center I can get to? I live in the New England area and I need desperate help. I have a severe addiction to Quaker Chewy bars, I go through roughly two boxes a day. My family is really concerned with my health and I am quitting for them. They said if I do not get help within a few months they are just going to stop me cold turkey and I will be forced to move back in with my parents.
