Does anyone no "ANZ GENERAL ELECTRO SYDNEY VIC" means in your bank statement?

I had a similar charge recently, I have also disputed it with my bank, it wasn't a huge amount ($23.51) - and I am waiting for them to send out forms so I can find out exactly what the charge was for.
